Fruit for this wine was hand-picked and fermented in open vats, hand plunged twice daily. Matured for 10 months in a mix of older (2, 3 and 4 year old) and 10% new French oak barriques with malolactic fermentation in barrel and full lees maturation prior to find blending and bottling.
Limited release of 6977 bottles, individually numbered.
