The “Bell & Gong” Pinot Noir 2021

Fruit for this wine was picked at perfect ripeness in late April, 2021 then fermented in open vats, hand plunged twice daily before being matured in 50% New French Oak barriques.
This is a medium to light colour pinot noir, bright, with purple tinges. The bouquet is fresh, complex with cherry and raspberry aromas. The palate is finely structured and intense, with precision and balance and a lingering finish of leatherwood honey. Very fine.
