THE “BELL & GONG” PINOT NOIR 2017
Handcrafted using traditional methods of open top fermenters with a combination of cultured yeasts, plunged by hand.
Gently pressed and matured in French oak barrels, with around 20% new oak.
This is a rich and earthy pinot noir with an enticing and concentrated palate of cherries, strawberries and spice, with long, silky tannins.
Limited First Release Vintage of 5017 bottles, individually numbered.
