We are so excited to be launching our original label, “Bell & Gong” with this website, and our Premiere Vintage, Pinot Noir 2016.
Very soon, we will also be celebrating the opening of our small Cellar Door at Valleyfield Vineyard for tasting our premium range of wines, commencing with the Pinot Noir 2016 Vintage and the imminent arrival of our debut “Bell & Gong “ Riesling 2017 and Sauvignon Blanc 2017.
It has been a very busy couple of months, with lots to organise setting up the business end of the vineyard. Pruning is still in progress and we are very pleased with the development and health of the vines in both Block 1 and 2.
Our Pinot Noir 2017 Vintage is happily maturing in oak barrels under the expert eyes of our skilled winemakers. We recently tasted it's progress and are delighted with the way it is shaping up, with rich characteristics in the fruit that hold great promise!
