A wine of deep ruby and magenta translucence, it releases a vibrant nose of rich red plum, caramel and earth tones reminiscent of temperate rainforest. The palate delivers a harmonious and complex blend of mulberry and raspberry, dark chocolate, star anise and rose petal potpourri.

A vibrant Pinot Noir, medium colour and bursting in complexity. With delightful dark cherry and raspberry aromas and a hint of petrichor, it’s finely structured and intense palate offers precision and a balanced blend of raspberry, coconut and red cedar, finishing with a lingering hint of leatherwood honey. Very smooth.

This wine has a warm golden colour, hallmark of Pinot Gris grapes ripened to perfection. The nose is reminiscent of honeysuckle nectar and crisp pear, while the palate hints at peach, fig and honeydew melon. Utterly delicious.
